Who wouldn't want to develop a game for the wii.. heck I want to develop one and I'm not even a game developer.

ps3 just take a shat loada money to develop for, i think some Co are holding back to see how it does first. sucks for sony!

The Revolution (yes I insist on calling it that) could have games that would otherwise be considered a poor idea. If an Iron Chef game was on the 360, it would suck. Put it on the Revolution and you have magic, what with all the chopping and grabbing dishes.

the wii has got to be cheap to develop for, i mean hell they already have tons of low res textures and low polycont models on hand. i think they just need a few guys from westwood college to tighten up the graphics on level 3 and youve got a winner, what ever it is.

Well the wii does have a hurdle to deal with. The gift and the curse that is the controller. Theyre actually some lazy devs out there that think its too much of a hassle to brainstorm a new control scheme (that works) for every game they build. What ppl also dont realise is that, even though the wii looks promising, its an entirely new way of doing things so the first year will be used for experimentation on the dev sides of things. That means you'll see crap-to-okay games for the first year. Like the DS.

Couple inaccuracies there...

Full auto 2 isn't exclusive to the ps3 anymore...
and is Phantasy star Universe really exclusive to the 360?

pso == xbox360, ps2 (not 3), and PC, and should be out by christmas or shortly after
