It's my privilege as the Splinter Cell Community Manager to bring to this community new information about all things Splinter Cell related. Sometimes I have to drop bad news, but in this case I’m extremely happy to have some GOOD NEWS for y’all, so listen up.

OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE

Word on the Ubisoft street is that you can expect Splinter Cell Double Agent to be on store shelves by OCTOBER 19th. Mark your calendars, or, if you want to possibly get it early (which sometimes happens… no promises, though) then Pre-Order it now.

DEMOS

Ok, so it’s not all completely good news. This topic contains a piece of unfortunate news and a piece of good news, but I think (hope) you’ll be content about it in the end.

Unfortunate News first: we will not be having a public beta test of versus mode (PC) like we did for Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. We’re sorry, we tried to make it happen, but it just wasn’t meant to be this time.

Good News: We WILL be having demos for you. The dev team has confirmed that we will be doing an Xbox360 multiplayer demo, and single-player AND multiplayer demos for PC.

I do not have official dates for you yet so I’ll have to get back to you on that, but we can all probably estimate that these demos won’t be showing up sooner than a month before launch because no one ever releases demos earlier than that.

i would but im not that big of a splinter cell fan even tho it looks amazing i need2 save all the cash i can get. dead rising in 2 days. nightynine nights a couple days. saints row. gears of war, bioshock, lost planet, DAMN IT I HATE U MYGOT. sorry bout that lol. but im on a budget must suck dick for coke i mean for games lol i mean no dicklol any way . does anybody have a solution 2 get all the hit tittles theres alot of them coming

MY list is Splinter Cell, Mass Effect, Timeshift, Bioshock, Gears of War... Maybe saints row, I was a big fan of their red faction.

Cool. I'd rather have a mp demo than a sp one, but if this is coming out around same time as Rainbow6 I dunno if I'm buying.
