I wasn't, i was just stating that the image was doctored.  I highly doubt that CoD3 will look as good as the image, considering it will be out about 1 yrs from when CoD2 was released, and that it is not being developed by Infinity Ward.  I hope it is great, though, because i love CoD2.

i have faith for a few reasons.  like most outsourced projects im sure that Infinity ward is having a close hand on helping, we dont know how long this game has been in development so it could have been worked on for some time now, and the dev team has done some great work IMO with the limitations on last gen hardware.  I hope my faith isnt misplaced as well because regardless of it being a launch title that does little to push the system, CoD2 is still one of the most impressive, fun, and played games on my 360

Well, here I go again...

Where did this screenshot originate?  I'm having a hard time believing that it's real. The building and terrain models as well as the textures don't look good enough, and the fluid effects in the smoke look far to good.  At the same time, the smoke looks photoshopped in.   And I don't know what you guys are on about the water, we saw water effects look better than that on the original xbox.

Don't wait.  CoD2 is one of the two (along with Oblivion) best reasons to own a 360, imo.

Oblivion got repetative on me not 10hours into the game(yes ive finished main quest by now and alot of guild quests, all repetative) the main quest ending made me ask is this a joke? that dragon looked like it was being rendered on 10yr old technology.....and the random NPC system with random loot and leveling scaleing is poorly done and rips you out of any little immersion that existed in the game.

imao, COD2 is the best 360 game, the campaign on veteran was very rewarding and the multiplayer is more fun for me than GRAW or the other arcade shooters, COD3 should help ease the pain of waiting for Halo 3

For someone who loves their pc games so much, and has the rig to play next gen  games, why the hell did you not buy the pc version of oblivion for $50?  Then we wouldn't have to hear your constant complaining.
