What are you all thinking? [Most of us] are Xbox modders, all it takes is a new skin and changing the dashboard text! Also, that main menu is WAY too ugly for Bungie. Forget about it.

Sure they are probably fake, but if you use PS to capture the pictures from you Digital Camera then it would give you the tags also.

also if you used PS to size down the original image it would have the tag as well...

THEY ARE FAKE. No not because Frankie said so, remember he lied about Halo 3 being fake, but because the fact that nothing has moved at all between the two different pics (the background rings have not moved and neither has the structure in the background). Case closed.

Oh and for those who say "but it's on a tv!" He could've either added his photoshopped pic to his xbox 360 and was viewing it in the pictures section when he took the pic, or he burned it onto a DVD and took a pic. Doesn't take much to fake something like this, it's been done many times with Halo 2.

As all of you are saying its fake because of the y button. How many times do you use the friends list on halo 2. I do alot, the y button could just be a shortcut to your friends list, instead of pressing the guide then friends. I think it is real because i dont think bungie would be freaking out about this that much.

it could be real or fake. that TV is used at E3 alot and the pic could have been taken while they were showing the halo3 trailer thing (while showing people that it wasnt prerendered and stuff). another thing. why the hell are some of you saying "it cant be real because bungie wouldnt release a menu that looks like that"? look at the halo2 beta menues. they look like SHIT. just a blue background with some stuff around the middle. this very well could be real but it also could be fake

Well why would they produce for the original xbox if theyre trying to make sales for the 360 by using a highly anticipated game like Halo 3? If people want it bad enough, then they WILL buy a 360.
It has also been stated that Halo 3 will try to use the full potential of the 360.
And also, Bungie is owned my M$, so they would have to have them allow it.

EDIT: And I also have A LOT of friends who have been waiting on Halo 3 just to BUY a 360.

Get in the now.... it's next gen... I can't remember how many times the hosts from X-play and ATOS on the live at E3 kept saying how they weren't as impressed with the new titles coming out for current gen... it just wasn't cutting it anymore...

READ BUNGIE.NET's FAQ on Halo 3, it will NOT COME OUT FOR XBOX. Only for the XBOX 360.

Whoever started the idea that H3 would be released for the Xbox is severely retarded(up a few posts). MS is trying to phase out the Xbox and focus 100% on the 360. They want to be the leader and the Xbox is a lost cause, Sony got out way too far ahead. H3 is 360 only, cmon!
