Xbl Marketplace Is Slow

I dont even want the H3 announcenment, I just want UNO and I cant even download it. The Fastest seems to be Lost Planet but everything is slow. I called Xbox and they said to try later. Just a heads up to everyone.

This is a prime example where utilizing a BitTorrent architecture could really speed things up.

Yeah, I tried downloading some free picture packs and UNO as well..  None of them went through.  I think they are prioritizing the trailers because I can still download them.

I can't even download the H3 announcement trailer, it just says it can't complete the download, but I've already seen it on my computer.  Anyways its taking ages to get the GOW trailer and that is relatively small. sleep.gif

If you have surround sound on your 360 setup you are gonna want to have the trailer from mkt place.

yeah i downloaded lost planet really quickly played it had a blast played halo 2 then realize im a idiot forgetting bout tha halo 3 trailer but holy shit i couldnt donwload 3 hours later i went online and it took 2 minutes lmao

Got a couple trailers fine and now cant get much anything.

Its great that MS has all this content but it sucks that they refused to react to the problems with XBLM bandwidth weeks and months ago when problems were globally reported.

I've always had random download speeds from live since day one (sometimes full speed other times crawling), but this is the first time it cant download at all or stalls with an error.

I was having a BITCH of a time getting just UNO and it's free expansion deck (24Mb and 6Mb respectively) last night.  Took about 30 minutes.  This morning though, stuff was screaming in.  Got Halo3, Forza2, and Lost Planet demo in about 45 minutes.  Check now if you haven't yet.

Yeah, the marketplace is flying today.  I got the lost planet demo in under 5 minutes.  Last night it was so slow I couldn't take it, and decided to lurk e3insider.com instead.
