i check the dl games tab virtually everyday waiting for sf2 and the holdem games and nothing... why announce them and then not deliver for months... god im irritated... grr.gif

Latest rumor I heard is that SF2 will be hitting XBLA April 27th-ish as a Pre-E3 gimmick.  It'll be MS's way of saying "hey, look! we have SF2... and more classics are coming" or some such junk.  dry.gif  Anyway, it's only 5 days away or so.  Roboblitz is coming out around the same time too.  I totally forgot about Texas hold em... mostly because I don't play the game.  And as for it being "free", the rumor was that you can gamble MS points.  Dunno how true that is though...

Yea I've been waiting on sf as well, but just got sfa3 working on my 1.5 psp so going back to regular sf isn't as enticing right now, although I would like to put it down on a few friends.  biggrin.gif

Well, if it's not ready, don't release it. I'd rather SF2 take a while to get out then get some half-assed netcode in the game. Also, I have never seen a patch on an XBLA game and that may be because it's not a possibility. If that's the case then they need it to be perfect the first time.

i remember just reading about how "EASY!" it is to port and make xbox live arcade games wiht MSs software.... blink.gif

well if this is so true why does it take so goddamn long for us to get these quick and easly ported games?

arcade games are patchable/upgradeable.  i know bankshot billards had a 3D upgrade a week or so ago and I've heard of other autoupdates for arcade games.  but i do agree, i'd rather give capcom the initial time to perfect it rather than get it early and wait for a patch.
