Well if the games were $30-$40 I would probably have bought/be buying more games, but at $50 a piece, there really isnt much of a difference. I guess for every 5 games at $60 you could get 6 if they were $50, but the price difference isnt too much of a change.

Call of Duty 2
Perfect Dark Zero
Project Gotham Racing
Tiger 06
Madden 06
Also, back when the N64 was in its prime those games were in the $60 range, so we have seen this before. I also expected a price jump with the nex-gen consoles, because (I dont know much about video game designing but I assume) it takes longer to develop the games, and there are larger teams of people working on each game so the price has to be a little higher to make some money back, plus how much money MS is losing on each console.
