Just wanted to add my appreciation for this port, I love these games!  Great to hear the others are coming too! smile.gif

Perhaps the only thing I might suggest is a button that locks/unlocks the "slow" movement mode (currently you have to hold down the X button, so to shoot while going slow you need to push both X and A together).

Anyway, thanks again

WOW!

I just played the first two levels and I must say this is one of the most enjoyable homebrew games I've ever played (StepManiaX will always be the best tongue.gif ). I'm really glad to hear that you're porting more of these games as they all look really interesting.

My only suggestion is that you implement d-pad support for all games and have the d-pad and analogue stick active at the same time, so people can switch between them whenever they want.

Again, WOW!

ThanX a lot.

edit:
PS: Are you porting all of the games or do you have a set list or what?
PPS: Is Masashikun Hi! on the porting list?

rRootage is even better than noiz2sa so i'm looking forward to it.
Do you take offence if i also request that you provide the.xbe with an icon as well?
Looks prettier in the dashboard menu see smile.gif

One more thing, can we have a pause feature and maybe an exit button, but the pause feature is way more important.

Anyway, keep up the good work.  <

I second the cheers, very nice bit of portage!
I also have to second the requests for a pause button, as well as D-pad support. Analogue is a little too loose for me...  <

Great port of an amazing game, thanks.

2 feature requests though:

1) D-Pad control

2) Screen resize option (I get a slight overscan on my TV)

Thanks again and keep up the good work. rRootage is amazing and I can't wait to see it.  <

Parsec47 is my personal favourite, I hope that one gets ported too, but this alone is amazing, especially with rRootage coming soon.  <

Regarding ports of the other games he stated this in a thread i started regarding these games.

QUOTE

noiz2sa is already ported (and waiting for release).

rRootage is nearly finished, just have to polish it a little bit (remove exit-button and such stuff. gameplay/graphics are done!)

these are the games written in c/c++, so it was rather easy (rr was for openGL). the other games are written in D, so it's not that easy to port...

Now, i've never even heard of D so... well don't get your hopes up to much, but still to be able to play noiz2sa on Xbox is pure bliss and rRootage is going to be even better. Now i don't really care about D-PAD, but i would really like some screen rezising feature since my set suffers from heavy overscan, this is something i feel most apps/games could need both retail and homebrew.

oh well, cheers  <
