how are the free throws in 2K6 cause in LIVE 06 i cant make one if my life depended on it, it really sucks, i seem to make them fine in play now mode but in season mode im like 11 for 150, this is really messed up and its keeping from winning in superstar level, i keep loosing by 3-8 points yet i miss 10-20 friggin free throws a game

how are the free throws in 2K6

and anyone with live HOW THE HELL DO YOU MAKE A FREE THROW, ive even set the free difficulty to 000 and still cant make one in superstar difficulty

I was beginning to think I was the only one with free throw shooting struggles. No man I have no idea how the other game works. I'll tell you this, I got my Superstar achievement without making a free throw and boy was it difficult.

i dont have 2k6 but my cousin braught it over and if i remember correctly you take the left thumbstick and jerk it upwards(hehe). it takes a couple of tries to get used to but is much better than nba lives.

free throw shooting on live has to be the worst in the history of gaming. to shoot a free throw you have to move it down and then up, but all in one motion. it's hard but you should get it after a few trips to the line.

few trips to line, hahaha, ive been at the line a good 200 times and made a total of 11, its rediculously hard, i kept getting so pissed, but i finally got my superstar win achievement

the thing is if your winning by like 10 points with one minute left in the game, all the computer does is foul you, you go to the line miss both free throws, the comp gets the rebound and goes down and scores, soon as you inbound the ball you get fouled and it goes all over again, i got lucky and finally won by 1 point

but this has to be the worst and hardest free throw to ever make in basketball game history and it really super sucks

not to mention i set the free difficulty to 0 and my players free throw attribute to 99 and i still mis 99% of all free throws

I'm just glad I didn't buy the game. (rented blockbuster) I really think it sucks and this is comparing it to 2K6 on XBOX, I haven't played it on my 360 yet.
