Xpad And Xml

Just wnodering how good this little app is?

Could I open say, my mediacenter xml, edit it and resave it alll just using it on the box?

All xml is is txt? Would i be able to open the xml, save it as txt then change the file extension in boxplorer?

you can't edit xmls with xpad.  The only thing that can do that is the text editor built into unleashx.  Other than that xpad is a great program.  I wish it did have support for xmls, then I wouldn't need unleashx.

 You very much CAN edit .xmls with Xpad...

just use boxplorer to make a copy of it to a new folder, then get rid of the extention (the .xml).

then copy the file to the root of E (so xpad can find it,....thats the only problem I've had, was having it recognise files(and folders)

But I promise, you CAN edit an XML with XPAD.

Sweet, itll be great as Im going to set xbmc up on a friends and he doesnt have a PC at the mo :)  <
