I noticed on some random guys gamercard that he had OXM as a game played. It also had achievement values, but he hadn't completed any. Does anyone know if the OXM demo discs have achievements that can add to the gamerscore?

if that's the case I might have to get an OXM subscription...

Not to mention the fact that they seem to get demos and other stuff not available on XBL

Ive got the OXM subscription and it has its own point system that will unlock special videos and stuff. As far as i know this is only for OXM and does not add to your achievements.

saw someone with 'launch team' and that party thing they had in the desert achievement categories but nothing won in them... to anyone interested, its B, the lead scorer on Hexic...

yeah, i got the disc, and for some stupid reason, the 360 videos were in fricken 4x3 !!!! kinda lame...

i noticed it disconnects me from xbox live when i play a game, so i dont think you can get achievements, however there is a point system within the OXM disc, when i played the full auto demo, it gave me 250 of 1000 points... ill try and get all 1000 and see if anything happens.

just checked.. they are "OXM Points"

still dunno about the achievements, doubt it though.

I unlocked all 1000 points but its only to unlock some additional content on the disc. The content isnt really all that great this time around but hopefully itll get better.

Interesting I don't see the OXM disc in anyone's game list who've claimed to have played it...

Doesnt show up on the games list because its not associated with your gamerscore.

It does show on your gamercard, but you do not get any gamer points. Not sure how this guy did it.

If you click on the OXM icon there, you can see theres a like 5 achievements that can be had.

WOW, thats weird ive played that demo disc up and down but its not on my games list like it is that guys. Not sure about why that is. Could always ask him though.

Heres my theory there 5 achievments and noone has them there will be 12 issues correct, now wouldnt it make sense by getting all points on two oxm discs will unlock an achievment. Since five achievments and 12 issues make an achievement for getting all the points on two discs would equal five achievments after 12 issues.

Sorry if this is hard to understand.

NO, 12 issues would equal 6 achievements if 2 issues equal 1 achievement(whered you learn math)! Also why is the disc not on my game list, i unlocked all content, maybe its something other thatn the disc that came with the January issue?

oops was off a bit on my math(Your mom was my teacher) ill bet you a dollar you con only get the achievments after getting all the points on more than one disc, In an interview in the magazine it states getting more points will change the discs menu wich in turn probably unlocks an achievment.

Also i got all the points to unlock the videos as well and didnt get the icon, But how many other people besides the one guy have the oxm icon?
