Need Help Looking For A Game

Mario 64 could be considered a Platformer or Adventure game...

Kameo is the closest to that availble today.

PDZ, COD2, Quake 4 are all First Person Shooters which is nothing like a platformer

You'd probably be better off with maybe Gun, it's 3rd person and an Adventure game, but it doesn't have any platformer elements (like jumping from place to place and collecting stars, etc.)

Honestly Kameo is the closest game to what you're asking for.

There's an Xbox Live arcade game coming out soon called "Wik" I haven't seen it in the download section but from what I've read it looks like a platformer.

well since you have kameo that honestly would be the closest thing to a Mario 64 type game.  

depending on what your looking for i can suggest plenty.  since you are almost done with ridge racer, you could always try out PGR3 which is an unbelievable racing game.  Cod2 is a great FPS, definatly one of the best i have ever played and is the best WWII shooter ever.  if you like a game that will make your hair stand on end, you can always try out condemned.  its not like many other FPS where its more slower paced and creates a very detailed environment and tempo to create a creepy mood that really got me jumping.  there is plenty out there, maybe going to a blockbuster and renting some games will help you out.

i just downloaded the demo for call of duty 2 for the pc and all i can say is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!  never seen a FPS like this before.  the graphics, the sound, and i have a crappy 64 meg geforce 2 hahaha!!

is the version for the xbox360 just as good as the PC version?  What are the controlls like, the aiming with the mouse sensitivity on default settings is amazing, i love it would not adjust anything.  I have played the demo now for the last 3 hours beat it a few times on veteran.  Can't get enough smile.gif

Kameo is fun.  And I swore from the beginning I wasn't in to it.  I actualyl played it through the end.  Just get a few more of the characters unlocked and it will be more fun.  Chilla is one of the best.
