ok my question is that i already own a few of the xbox 360 launch games on my regular xbox and didnt want to waste any money buying the 360 versions if they were not gonna be a huge difference...and i mean graphics wise. so can someone compare for me these few games so i can decide what ones i would like to rebuy. thanks

Madden is different ... it's been stripped down and built from the ground up.... I kinda like it... doesn't have all the BS in it.. just a good football game...wish they wouldn't have taken the coach's challenge out though...

as for the others you mentioned I didn't play them on the original so I can't answer that.

NFS: MW  is the exact same game on the xbox but man the graphics on 360 are top notch.  I actually sold my copy of Project Gotham 3 to get it on the 360.

NbA Live 06 graphically is tons better on the 360.  Again if you don't have it for the xbox get it for the 360.
Same with Madden 06 unless you like the little special features the xbox 1 version has.

Tony Hawk won't matter too much they are about the same for both systems it seems.

dont' know about Tiger woods.

Tiger woods is hard to tell.

The effects like water and sand are nice but, I have a DLP projector so little artifacts are plain as day... still looks like it could use some AA becuse theres still jaggies on the clubs and when the camera closes in on your character the course gets really blurry.. doesnt seem like much of an improvent to me.

Tiger Woods is a huge graphical differance. Tony Hawk is basically the same thing.

thanks for all the input...i think im gonna put the 360 away until some better games come out. im not a huge fan of wasting money. and ive never played the call of duty or pd0 so i really dont want to waste money on those....this sux

i really liked the nhl 2k6 game on xbox (best hockey game in my opinion), and the xbox360 version plays even better.  i know most people arent into hockey games, but nhl 2k6 is a blast on 360 and they improved a lot of gameplay issues.  breakaways are more dangerous and the game just feels faster and more crisp.  

i highly recommend it, although its not going to blow you away with graphics.  its probably the least impressive launch title for graphics, but the gameplay has been improved a lot from the xbox version to the 360 version.
