Rebuying Games?

Im on a limited budget being 16 and im trading most of my old shit and my job $ for a 360.  Im getting PD0 definitley and Call of Duty2. now if i can afford that 3rd game what do i get?  CoD will be good but sitting for hours playing war games idk.  i got madden 06 and NBA 2k6 on my reg xbox and i dont know if rebuying one is even worth it.  My other 2 choices im thinking of is kameo or PGR3. what do you guys think?  rebuy 2k6 or madden or go for kameo or PGR3? thanks

ive played PGR3 and NFSMW and to me the levels look nicer on PGR3 but damn do the cars look sweeter on NFSMW, i havent played enough to see which has better game play and multiplayer modes yet as im still messing with the menu and what not
