Seeing as how there are so few games available, you'll want some with good replay value. I'd go with PGR3 and CoD2

I've run into almost the same problem.

I'm getting PD0 and Kameo definitely. Then DOA4 on the 3rd for sure. Then I'm stuck about what other game to get. So it's a tie for 4th game... NFS, PGR3, or Condemned. I'll be getting Quake4 later.

I'll probably rent and see what I like the best.

I wonder is nfs:mw going to be any good? and i have been thinking why get the 360 now when there arnt even any good games yet with exceptions of 2 or 3.

NFS:MW got some good reviews (usually in the 8's) so get it.

I think you should get PGR3 and COD2. To me, those 2 look the best. I already bought them along with a silver faceplate.
