I preorderd with eb games, supposedly on the 1st shipment back in like June. Got a call 2 weeks ago saying that I was bumped back.

They suck, They can't really control how many they get though. I say don't take preorders until you have a definite number of how many units you will receive. Thankfully, I only put like $90 down. I'll just use it for a game and a play-and-charge kit though.

You can get all your money back, no partial refunds.
I found out mine wasnt till after christmas so i wanted to take a big chunk nof the money back to try and find something on launch day (waiting outside of wal mart is probobly whats going to happen) they said they could only give me a full refund....So I took it.

Which is why I didn't pre-order, after seeing this happen with PS2 and Xbox, I knew something like this would happen, and said forget it, I'll wait til later next year.

Now my bride has saved up and given me the money for launch, so we're going to wait in line all day Meijer to purchase at midnight.

Sorry about your luck dude, good luck waiting in line at launch, and don't pay EB a friggin' cent!

The reason i cancelled my preorder and went to EB Games was because I ussually buy everything there, and since they CONFIRMED all would be fine, why not

I am getting my refund, I already bought a wireless controlelr and COD2 from futureshop
I am planning on waiting in line with my friend, he doesn't want a 360, but with the prices of $800+ on ebay, we are gonna sekll one if we are able to get any

Defect... looks like I will be in the line after alll

EB Games will never get anotehr cent from me EVER!!!!!!! I would rather buy online from the US (whoo that's bad) then buy from EB Games again

Any store that makes you pre-order a bundle sucks. You can always trust Toys 'r us when it comes to quick and basic pre-orders. Thanks to them I received my PS2 first day, with a $5 pre-order.

found a place that has the xbox 360 in stock,so if anyone needs one that did not preorder they have 16 in stock,hope this helps people they are $80 more than stores but at this point since all the stores are sold out and theres no preorders it beats nothing just look what they are selling for on ebay.

Don't wait till a couple of months before a system launch to preorder.  I have had my system preordered at EB  since May and I am getting mine on the 22.
