Umm no it's not 100% true. It won't be in the Xbox 360 (Premium) Package. It will be released later, most likely in 2006.

You won't get a webcam at launch, but it will be available eventually.

the camera was never intended to be with the system to my knowledge. it is schuduled to release next year and is intended to be used in games.

does any1 have any info on how itll work? like will it be for chats only? if not i dont see how it would work in games like halo. 16 people on your screen and you playing the game....? just makes me wonder.
