Does any one know if the Xbox 360 has some sort of over-scan correction?
Would the Xbox 360 be able to resize the picture on the screen to fit my actual TV?
I'm just asking because the picture on my TV has about a 2" over-scan on all sides.
Thanks.

first 10 minutes of it running on xbox..

not bad and impressed with its overall smooth gameplay I saw.

Definitely getting this and playing it on 360 at some point. My rig had problems with the outdoor courtyard, the xbox doesnt seem to have as much trouble with it. No patches, no steam, sitting on a comfy couch...I'll take it!

I posted earlier about the game not being in widescreen, I now can confirm that it is a widescreen game and looks great! The frame rate suffers a bit in the big outdoor areas but it is still a good port IMO.

Gamespot's On The Spot show from last week had one of the developers playing the game, and he definately said the game would only be 4:3 because the xbox was not powerful enough to run it 16:9, strange he would say that when it is a widescreen game.

Well lots of people confuse widescreen SD with HDTV (which is also widescreen). Those are the people who've never watched an anamorphic DVD on a widescreen SDTV.

MS makes the huge deal about HD gaming and the such. There is the ability to change to many resolutions. How in the world does it not have a screen adjustment option!? In reality, all CRTs have SOME amount of overscan!
I really cannot play games on an another console with a 2-3" overscan on all sides of my TV!!!!!!!!!!! grr.gif  grr.gif  grr.gif  grr.gif

So I'm going to assume that the Xbox 360 does not have some sort of overscan correction feature... blink.gif

What can I do to correct my problem? I don't have one of these "service menus" to correct it.
What else can I do? I could careless about High-definition. I just want no damn overscan!
