Shingo “Seabass” Takatsuka, producer of the Winning Eleven/Pro Evolution Soccer series has said that next-gen versions of the game were under development. No doubt we’ll see a PlayStation 3 version too around that time.

Seabass told the Japanese magazine Famitsu that he’s working towards 11 v 11 online play, thought that’s not likely to make it into the next version of the game. Obviously as well as technical issues you’d also have the problem of every match looking like primary school football with every player following the ball.
