MSs Marketing Team Needs To Be Fired.

I say youre confused when talking about Gears of War.

There are 10 vids out of the game and all are from TGS 2 weeks ago and this weeks X05. whats this E3 bs?

Different sites have HD versions, you need to start clicking on the links that pertain to the fuggin game and you'll find them.

I wont comment on the rest of the crap, not worth it.

All I know Is In a few weeks m$ will blast off their true marketing campaingn..Im sure m$ could afford to do some marketing now but I think The 360 will be on every channel when they start the advertising....Im sure some people have no clue on what Is even coming out for 360...I was playing ghost recon summit stike yesterday and a few old friends were on and theybarelyknew about the 360 and the games...Im sure they will find out soon..

I want to know how much money m$ will spend.

But how much else should they give us? If it was up to me, Id want videos of Cliffy playing thru a few maps in their entirity, and Im sure you agree. But that just wont happen. For a game thats far off like Gears is, we are getting more than I imagined.

Think about past launches, we never got this much info. We are spoiled is all, and its noones fault.

Xo5 is not part of the marketing push, and I wouldnt expect that to start until late october anyways.

If they spent 500 million on Xbox, expect more this time around.

Just relax, breathe and start planning launch day festivities  beerchug.gif

I just want to see some official HD direct feeds of games on release day, that includes oblivion and PD0. They are the two games that I'm buying a 360 on release day for.

There are no official videos of these, only leaks that they didn't want us to see and old recorded videos. I want recent videos and for them to tell me what the game will look and feel like when it's finished.

There is a little under 7 weeks left before launch...

Keep this in mind.

Hype is expensive to keep going.  So they use the opposite of hype:  The Unknown.  The unknown is way more intriquing to people and it's free.  Kinda like foreplay.  It gives people the ability to try to figure out what MS is doing.  This is especially true when you live in fear of being overshadowed by Sony's PS3.  

It's just too soon.  They won't begin hyping stuff until the last few days of October.  It makes no sense to hype games 2 full months before launch.

As for Sony's hype machine, I'd be mad if all MS did was lie to us.  laugh.gif  Just screwing with you deftones.  Sony does know how to make shit shine don't they...

If they just showed some good stuff, recent stuff, accurate stuff then it would whet people's excitement for the x360 but they just stay silent.
