I'm not calling BS, this is what I expect at the LEAST. I've seen some serious next gen stuff so nothing really wows me, yet. However, I also believe there is a strategic plan as well. This holiday season will be a huge one for both MS and other current gen devs. If some of the truely jaw-dropping stuff is released, I can see an immediate drop in sales (a crucial time period) as potential customers save for the next big thing.

i thought the MGS4 vid was impressive as all hell even though it was scripted with no AI or physics to worry about.  but its not surprising because just like the 360 i always knew the ps3 would be a powerful machine.  i would love to see how the game would look on the 360

I'm impressed with MGS4 as well.  Alpha kit or not, it's looking great.  On the other hand, it damn sure better look fantastic on a system that's (an estimated) $500 at launch.  I'll be buying a PS3 and a 360 if both have games I want, but at $500 (it's a guess, don't jump on my nuts) it better have Twisted Metal, Warhawk, Wipeout, and Devil May Cry at the very least.

All I can say is this...I am stoked about the 360 and the games that will be released for it. I will also get both the Rev and the PS3...but if games like PDZ, Halo 3 and GOW do not match the visual quality of MGS4 the 360 is in for a rough ride...

I know that the developer is responsible for how a game looks but so far artistic direction goes to MGS4 hands down...and have you seen the image for Assassin?

Here is hoping that MS has a sweet PDZ video to rival the MGS4 one or Sony walks away from yet another show the clear winner...
