Just making a new thread.......



So just wondering what games you think graphicly will look the best at launch...


personally I think it will be kameo since its rare/MS and proably had its hands on countless beta kits and info for development....


and others that are being rushed for launch are going to look like top notch regular xbox games.... but again just my opinion now post yours

PGR 3 will probably be king.

And as good as kameo might look, I dont get into the cartooony stuff.

Oblivion will be gorgeous with its lush areas.

Quake 4 will be buttery smooth and looking good

Recon 3 "might" be the weakest, but thats saying alot when its in the same league as the above mentioned.

PD Zero, noone knows  

I'll stop b4 I get carried away.

Next summer is when the REAL gems appear.

Gears, Huxley, Dark Sector.....

oh yeah with those shadow features on 360 i cant imagine what to expect from splinter cell  it will rule in grapics.

hell, the shadowing on the xbox is awesome. Remove the jaggies from Chaos and run it in 720p/1080i and you'd swear youre looking at a possible next gen title.

yes...........huxley is DEFINITELY the best looking 360 game so far in my opinion (even more than GoW IMO)

Anyways i have faith in rare's games in the grafix department.........

i say when all is said and done oblivion will have the best graphics if PGR3 doesnt make it to launch.  with how large oblivion is and how the graphics are spread out over the whole island i cant believe how good the game looks.  i remember early pics of a woman who they aged and in the close up shots you could see the pores in her skin.  now thats detail.

I can't believe any of you are excited over launch titles. You will hate them in 3 months and wonder why you bought them. I have never played a "great" launch title for any system.

I take that back, Sonic 1 and Super Mario World were great, but 2d consoles don't count.

Anyways, I'm still waiting impatiently for Perfect Dark Zero information. They are keeping that game under some tight wraps.

hmmm another great title to launch with ps2 and I still play here and there is SSX that was a great game....

I was going to point out the same thing: Sonic a launch title for the genesis??  I could have sworn i purchased it almost 2 yrs after the system launched.  

Super mario bros, Mario 64, and Halo are in my top 10 games of all time; all being launch titles.

But i agree that there have been thousands of crap launch titles.  The few good ones seem to only come from first-party developers; which makes sense.

So far, from the little we know, Quake 4 looks a lot cooler, but PD0 might still hit the spot for me once more info is released.
