GTA is awesome. i cheated the entire game...but it was awesome. the ending sucks..but damnit, i love the way blk people talk!! and they made a good impression on it. IM NOT TRYING TO BE MEAN, IM BEING 100% SERIOUS. so please do not take it as a rasial commment.

like i said, i wanted to see what everyone was getting, because i dont wanna be the only person getting a game if no one is playing it or getting it to play XBL with. althouh, im sure i wont b the only person with a game in the entire USA.

gaming went up 6 billian dollars from last year. SCARY!

I'm all for The Outfit as well - it looks greay, but there are just too many other games I want. I will end up getting Perfect Dark Zero, Quake 4, and many other games, but my quarrel is to figure out which one I will get at launch (money restraints).
By the time I get all the launch-window games which I was interested in, the spring and summer lineup will be out (Gears of war, Halo 3, Ut2007) and I'll go insane.
Ahh, UT2007... that will last me a long time. Run and gun at it's finest. Some of you might know I love the tactical stop n' pop games (gears of war style), but I'm a big pick up and play whore as well (one of the reson why Kameo interests me).

I'm just tired of playing games and having them take over my life and rack my brain trying to do what, in the end, is useless if it's not fun. I know I will be looking more at games which are more fun and less brain-killing - another reason why I am starting to hate rpgs and starting to fall for FPS's.

carlo, not all RPGs are like how you describe.  most RPGs are measured by their story and i love all kinds.  though there are the types that have gameplay that is just too drawn out and becomes old fast with all the quircky quest that make little sense.

the elders scroll series are great games.  i loved marrowind and cant wait for oblivion.  those are games that you can shape how you play and do what you want.  thats why im surprised that you guys like GTA and GTA type games but arent getting oblivion.  to me the big draw to the GTA games is how vast and open-ended the game is.  well GTA is a spec of sand in the huge sandbox that is oblivion.  

if you liked recon 2 b15 you should love recon 3, i dont see how they are making it less realistic.  Call of Duty 2 also is starting to look great.  at first i wasnt impressed at all with this game but after a closer look at the game ill be picking this game up eventually, just not at launch.  

also EA will make up about half of the launch line-up (unfortunatly) so there is plenty to choose from when it comes to sports.  

the outfit doesnt really do anything for me.  it does look good and i like how they are putting you in the middle a strategy game.  however it would collect dust if i owned it, too many other games to take up my time.
