I think back in 2001 when it was first alluded to... Itagaki said it would be an action fighting game in the same vein as Streets of Rage or Double Dragon. I don't know if he's still persuing this line of thought, but I think it would be rad to pick your favorite DOA character and beat some ass while learning about their past.

Wish MS could bring ol tekken over to their console. DOA just sucks IMO. It has always looked good but the game itself is trash.
