Xbox 360 Hd To Sata Controller?

Hey, I'm trying to use this new gamesave program, and sorry for sounding like a noob, but what is a SATA Controller? (The thing you supposevley have to connect to the HD somehow.) >.< Thanks.

you must have a old motherbord or maybe you have one and you dont no :-)
