I'm wondering if I f'd the nand. The programmer does not need to remain attached to mobo right? No camera to take pics...but I'm sure they're right...on Jasper no D and E. I dunno what I'm missing. DVD drive doesn't need to be connected? I rebuild ecc with cmd after setting permission to python. I resoldered programmer to install new ecc. Removed programmer and installed glitch.

If I write the nand that was made back. It should boot as normal?

you mean if you write the original back up back to it?  I think you should try writing the original unmodified nand backup back to the 360 and see if it fires up like normal.  leave the Glitch installed cause it wont matter.  It should boot like normal to the regular dash.  If not there is a problem.  If it does boot like normal try pulling all wiring off and start completely over.

I removed all the wires. I'm gonna solder braid it and clean it up. I don't Think I messed up the nand. I Fear the point on the backside...I may have left the gun heat that spot up for too long. Maybe Heat Gun the Chips after braiding, if braiding fails of course. Appreciate you keeping up with me.

I have a matrix glitcher that gives me the following when I try to program it:
ERROR:iMPACT - A problem may exist in the hardware configuration. Check that the cable, scan chain, and power connections are intact, that the specified scan chain configuration matches the actual hardware, and that the power supply is adequate and delivering the correct voltage.

It does tell me Cable connection established before I Initialize, but I can't get past Initialize.

I'm using the DVD drive cables to power it and also tried another 360 to power it.

Use gltchip prog. When u use impact check the port Id and use that with glitchip prog.

What GlitChip Program? I got past that error I received by moving the cables a bit right now, but when I say yes to "Do you want to continue and assign Configuration files" it ask me:

"Do you have a BSDL or BIT file for this device:

If I answer no I can't do anything else until I go back to that menu. If I answer yes it will prompt me for a bsd file which I can't find.

I have the matrix glitcher.zip from their site and the new glitcher 1.1 and no bsd file.

Here are pictures of my cable:

All these chips coming out that use the xc2c64a package including Maximus and Team Xecuter. Am I right in saying that they can be programmed using the homebrew lptjtag wiring in the reset_glitch_hack_v1.1 release?
I'd appreciate if someone could confirm, there's so much info flying around at the moment.

I can't justify purchasing a Nand-X for a one-off when I already have the nand reading/writing sorted thanks to jtag experience.

Yes

The simple 3k3/diode cable LPT should detect the xc264a chip and program it, for ANY chip/board based off the xilinx. Remember external 3v3 needed as the LPT won't power the board, so it won't be detected.

If you can already read/write the NAND there is no point for another NAND programmer. I highly suggest avoiding the nand-x as well. It comes with a lot of extra junk you pay premium for that you really don't need if you have any soldering experience.
