Title pretty much says it all. I just installed Dashlaunch 2.23 and now I don't even get video or even xellous via eject button. I've removed all memory devices, tried using component cables, giving it a hard restart by unplugging it for 20+ seconds and still, I get nothing. *Sigh* I really would like to be able to fix this without an lpt cable as I do not have any solder skills whatsoever.

Ship it to me and I fix it. It is going to have to be manually reflashed with Xellous and then updated from there. You are not the first who has had this happen of the people I've sold to.

This just happened to me, any clue what is causing it?

guess: 2.23 patches might overlap/not exactly match previous version matches.  so folks who had, e.g., 2.21 on 12625 go and run 2.23 .. slight shift in patches, "broken" jtag.  (slight shift meaning either location or size changes for one or more patches)

in the meantime, i would only update dashlaunch:

• if the update is simply a bugfix/patch release of a previous release -- that is, the new version of dashlaunch does not coincide with a new fbbuild

or

• on a fresh no-dashlaunch-installed image

tested this on a jasper16; clean 12625, 2.21 install, then 2.23b install.  completely fine.

for folks in this thread, please report:

motherboard revision, rebooter version, dashlaunch version installed and then what installer you were running.
