Ping Patch Not Showing Up In Fsd?

You don't need that patch at the root of your hard drive anymore as the ping patch is integrated into Dash Launch. It may actually be interfering with the system link patch. I would try removing it and seeing if that works.

Do you know if it's working? FSD might not be showing it, but it might be working. You need to verify what the problem is before trying to fix it.
