So maybe with a shorter second post I can get some views hehe.

I was messing around with the flash and put one on that really hosed it I guess and it threw an e79 so I took the xbox 360 back and hooked it up once more and flashed the original image back to it. It booted once more so I started from the beginning essentially on my orig 7371 dash.

I got Xellous installed again. I then created a freeboot image using fbbuild v0.011 using a tutorial here

edit: I have since tried it again except in the middle of the tutorial I build the image with fbbuild and still the same E71. No bad blocks now. (end edit)

I used a patched smc for my box from the links looouky provided in his tutorial. It finished and said everything was good to go and I flashed the thing using xellous and still the E71. Any suggestions? I have no idea at this point. The original image boots fine and Xellous says it is remapping the bad blocks for me. I guess the only other thing to try would be to remap then build then flash.
