Jtag Doesn't Turn On At All (please Help)
« on: November 18, 2010, 06:06:00 PM »

Typically this is caused by flashing a badly built nand bin file. (maybe encrypted with wrong key)  or the wrong smc version was used. For example you flashed a Japser with Falcon files.

It can be fixed.

So do you have a backup of the nand data? either your original or your last copy of freeboot that worked?

I found this link by doing a google search for you

How To Recover From A Bad Nand Flash (Dead 360)

You need to get it into recovery and then flash back something that you know will work. The last version of XBR or Freeboot that worked for you. Once it is working again get some help building your new freeboot.

I use bestpigs tool and its great.

i had a falcon with the same problem.
i took a small screwdriver and put it over the #9-13 legs of the nand on the left and plugged in the power. it worked for me
