Sounds grim...  hope to god you didn't blow your efuse...

Do you have a backup of your last flash?  the 9199 one?  if so, flash it on, and see what happens.

If going back to your previous good point doesn't work, it might be time to start looking in the BST section...  Sucks to say, but no one can help if your efuse is blown, and that's usually what this E79 looks like.  

Anyway, try flashing back to a previous point, and report back...  good luck

if you didnt power cycle after the flash then the update might have blown your efuse, but I do not think this is the case, id do what he said and reflash 9199 then remake your 12611


you should dump the current flash, because you might have to rewrite it back and pull your jtag wires, to get it working again (if you did blow fuses) working non jtagged of course
