ok I have some info, but not necessarily a solution

I have found that some cables arent good enough, like the one that comes with the xbox isnt great

it is good to power cycle your router first (and might as well do the modem while your at it)

cat5e or cat6 cables are recommended

if you arent getting the xellous page immediately after you type in the address hit refresh, until it does come up

get a full dump with nandpro it is more reliable (in my opinion), get 2 or 3 matching dumps ( i always get 3)

I personally just get my fuses (kv) from xellous
