Well i am not surprised that didn't work. What does surprise me is that anything bad happened. My understanding was that the 360 would check the crc on any files it was flashing to the system so it should have known not to alter the nand in any way with the wrong/old files.

So you have tried all the things you can try to clear the failed update, without having a backup copy of your nand it would appear you killed it.
