i just wanna know if theres a way to turn the xbox off from the controller when youre done watching the dvd...

Nope... That is the feature I suggested as a BIOS feature (like IGR) but no one has done it yet... Currently you have to do a hardware mod to the controller [installing a physical switch] to power off the xbox from the controller...

Your best bet is to exit the dvd-player to the dash [installed on hdd] and then shutdown from there.

There is an IR mod floating around too using a cordless doorbell controller as well

how do you exit to the dash?

i didnt find it on the help menu

Hmmm... That is right. I think X2's IGR does not work in there either... Let me "play" with it, I'll be back!

X2's IGR did work... Every once in a while I have seen it hang up and not want to reboot, but other than that it does work.

I have never used the IGR in EvoX, so I don't know if it works

in dvd region x i think you can just press Left trig+right trig+black to exit to your dash
