hi there im wondering if anyone can help me i have a xenon board with exploitable dash and have extracted my nand 4 times all matching i extracted kv and config and proceded to flash xbr for xenon with my kv injected and it wont boot to dashboard when the select language appears when i press the buttin to select the screen freezez also sometimes it wont even boot that far i get the 360 logo them freeze if i boot with eject button i get the blue screen and fusesets any help would be grateful oh i have also tried it with the original nand and i get the same results ??

ok so after a lot of testing and nand writing over 13 hrs lol still same results when the console is normal or jtagged with xbr or with original nand im pure stumped if anyone has any suggestions they are welcome as long as they are sensible lol

sounds like either bad flash, back block on the nand or a resurrected rrod xennon.

ok checked over everything have nand backups all matching no bad blocks also using my own lt cable i done 6 other boxes no prob have eventually got it to boot to xell will be trying more today will keep updated thanks for the suggestions

ok im about to trash this thing lol i have xell installed from boot no problems then when i flash xbr and kv all that happens is the welcome screen loads then it freezes before the blades is there anything i can do with xell installed to maybe help ?

ahhhh fork n spoon it i have had enough of this machine lol all i can do is instal xell on it no prob when i use xbr or original nand it just freezes at the blades screen anyone wanna buy it lol im throwing it in a corner for a few days maybe someone can gimmie some help by then thanks o everyone who has has any suggestions any new ones will be welcome

death to this box lol its just gubbed i have installed everyone of my 4 original nand dumps and always it freezes at the blades screen if i flash with xbr i get the same results if i flash freeboot i get no power i have tried all solder connections even changed the diodes still frezes at the blades screen if i install xell it works fine i can get cpu key etc etc from here but nothing else im at my wits ends here.
i have a spare nand dump from a xenon board with cpu key etc etc could this be of use or could i do something from it in xell im well stumped any help or solutions are very welcome before i bounce the thing thanks
