You are talking about the DVD key NOT GPU key.

When you boot by the eject button you will see a list of numbers and letters. Have a digital camera ready and snap a pic of it while it is scrolling up the screen.

In this set of numbers and letter you will see 2 lines that are different. The combination of those 2 lines of letters and numbers is your CPU key.

Now open 360 flash tool and click the "keys" tab. Type in your CPU key then click ok. Now click the "open file" button and select your consoles nand dump. This will show your decrypted info including your drive key.

Make sure the drive tray comes all the way out when you hit eject to start.  Banged my head on that with a xenon till I figured out the samsung drive in it was sticking, and not ejecting all the way.  Pulled it out the rest of the way and it booted in to xell just fine.

u can also use a usb keyboard while holding down the windows button.  Also try using xellous much better then plain xell with xell i was getting no keys what so ever just a bunch of errors at the end.  xellous shows both cpu key and dvd key and u get the http support too which is great and if u cant get xell loaded make sure u injected to ur xbr.bin with xell.

Thanks all for your help. I booted xell from rear usb port with a controller as SBEEZY said and it worked.

Either use a wired controller or a wired guitar plugged into the read USB port, and hold the blue button while the console is booting...
