You need to post more info before anyone can help you.

The thing you primarily need to post is the secondary error code (ie 0102, 0020 etc), found by holding the sync button down whilst it's RLOD'ing, and pressing the eject button 4 times to produce the code using this formula:

4lod's= 0
3= 3
2 =2
1=1

If the lod code is 0102, then you'll almost certainly need a reflow/reball. If it's 0110 (as this is primarily a GPU-ram problem), then maybe/maybe not - it boils down to either an XBR (software) issue, or hardware.
