Booting Into Xellous
« on: February 20, 2010, 07:49:00 PM »

I'm following this guide http://docs.google.com/View?id=dnfmv5h_186pp2zddm to do my JTAGing. I've successfully done the part with the LPT connector and also read the KV and config as well as injecting all that stuff into free60. I'm up to step 6j, which is the part were I am meant to boot 360 and hopefully it boots into Xellous, the problem is it is not booting. I tried using the power button at the front of the 360 as well as plugging in a USB charge and play into the back USB and turning the controller on but nothing happens.

My question is, could this be a problem caused by my JTAG soldering or possibly something I didn't plug back into the motherboard that is stopping it from booting? I checked all my soldering and there does not seem to be any bridging and to me it looks pretty solid. The LPT dumps have all been identical and that is still working but the 360 just does not boot.
