does it come with the sega tennis bundle if so it should be good to go. I bought mine in toysrus as well they had like 20 in stock I was thinking about buying all of them out and selling them so they are put to good use and not wasted. Also from what i have read the cut off date is 6-18-09 so you should be good.

Go for it. It should be exploitable.

I would check to make sure the box looks undamaged and that it does not look as if it was opened and returned at some point. If someone had bought it and updated the dashboard then returned it you would be stuck with an unexplaitable console.

you can play single layer disks. and for other games you have to run them off the hard drive. so you'll have to rip them to your pc and then extract the iso contents and ftp it to your 360 hdd

You can also play games directly off of a regular USB drive plugged into the xbox.
