E71 After Flashing Original Nand Dump Back
« on: February 09, 2010, 06:57:00 PM »

As the title says, I flashed my original nand.bin and got E71, 1 red ring. My jtag wires are still connected (USB SPI flasher) No diodes connected.

Also the secondary code is 1013

That is a great picture on what NOT to do, it doesn't even have a diodes on the motherboard side LOL it has a resistors were the diode should be and there's an extra wire. EPIC FAIL whoever did that cant obviously even follow simple directions for two wires so why would they even try.

I have double checked my wires, They are better then they were then, they are correct. I tried flashing xell and I just get black screen, no rrod like it should because there are no diodes in place yet..

If there are no diodes in place will it just stay at black screen or will it red ring?

I did remove the wires and it still wouldnt turn on.. I removed the diode wires, because im using a USB SPI flasher which dosnt require to desolder to work.

That's the crappiest solder job I have ever seen... I'm not the best with solder but at least I make sure the stuff has short enough wires and the wires arent anywhere near touching... You shouldn't be allowed to handle electronics..
