What is your specific error?

Did you inject your KV? You don't need it but its worth a try.

nandpro jasper_6723_hack_for_256mb_512mb.bin: -w16 kv.bin 1 1

nandpro lpt: -w16 jasper_6723_hack_for_256mb_512mb.bin 0

I think it's hardware related, getting 0022 after reflashing and now no matter what I write, still 0022.

yeah 022 is usually hardware, check wiring. I hardly doubt this is an actual 022 error since it is a jasper right?

Yes, GPU and CPU are cold. 0022 appears after 30seconds. I checked everything I could look at with bare eyes and no solder splashes. With or without JTAG/LPT wiring, with flashed stock/XBR/Xell - always 0022. I'm starting to believe something might have gotten under GPU die.

0022 is gpu memory, look around all your memory chips for solder splashes or missing components.

Four chips near GPU on the bottom side?

When I did a Falcon I got 0021 until I redid my wiring and used a 330 ohm resistor for the jumper wire. I doubt that it is actually a hardware failure. Most likely the wiring to the DB1F1 is bad or the point pulled off. Check continuity between the end of your wire going to DB1F1 and an alternate DB1F1 point.

The thing is, the error stays after removing wiring.

You did run your 360 for an extended period of time without the fan shroud did you?

No. It was always connected. Longest time the xbox was working was around 40 seconds. Also I never got it to run after reflashing, instant 0022 since then (i was reflashing because I corrupted NAND by saving to internal memory).

OK, since the only suspicious thing is that little hole on the trace between GPU and RAM I wanted to check it out: (There was a small ball of solder in that little hole, but heated it with soldering iron and it came off.)

This is the zoom in of that red rectangle in picture above:

Even more zoom:

Can't decide if that trace is broken. What do you think?

hmm that seems like that use to be a test point. I am not sure you might not expose the trace and check connectivity. you jtag points look a little cold, where are your lpt wires?
