Great job on the clarity of this guide. I tried to follow along and get all the way to install xellous, which is now installed. However, when I turn on xellous does not mention httpd server at all. There is an http server that connects and assigns 192.168.2.195 then it scrolls some more and the xell http at the bottom says 0.0.0.0\0.0.0.0. What am I doing wrong? Is there something I can do to force an IP or something?

You should be following my new guide that is in my signature, basically your booting into xell, and not xellous. I hope your using the google doucment. You should be able to follow the new tutorial assuming you can find the last step that is similar to the one you left at.

To answer you question though you should try either booting through the eject button, the power button or a controller connected to the back usb port.
