Nxe Resets Randomly, Xbr And Falcon

Ever since i first flashed my xb360 with the xbrebooter the box randomly resets the nxe-dashboard so that the next time i reboot i have to run the initial setup.
It's somewhat irritating to have to do this again and again.

I have two original nands with config and kv. And last time i updated i used the 360flash from a usb (super fast!  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ).
Im running xbrebooter 3a on a falcon 16mb.

Is there a way to fix this?

A friend of mine has the elite falcon unit and I've flashed it like mine.
But no problems with that one. :/
