ok so i made 3 70 mb dumps,all matched perffectly

so i went ahead and flashed xbr-3 for jaspers-then injected kv and conf(all matched again)

it worked fine at first,then when reassembled i got no video-the 3rod is now all i got

so stripped down again to check all points- all good

tried again disassembled  but with dvd fan and shroud connected-still rrod,so i figured id reflash my original nand dump-still rrod-with and without jtag and lpt attached

then after some more reading i saw that an erase b4 flash can sometimes help-so i erased and reflashed orig nand again-still rrod-
so i figured id xclamp it-couldnt get it to overheat with fan on top of cpu heatsink so i removed the fan,it eventually gave me the 2 lights(ive done dozens of xclamp fixes so i know what i am doing there) so i continued the normal xclamp proceedure

so i got the untouched and still rarred xbr 3 and tried to flash that again,then injected kv and config

still rrod--ive done all the checks i can think of,no solder splashes,bridges joining wires,all point show what i would expect on multimeter

so is this box for the bin,is it dead, or is there anything else i can try

did erasing it fuck me up here-so i know in future
