Did you inject your config.bin? Might help? No need to reflash the NAND in it's entirity, just extract rawconfig from your orig NAND dump, and flash it over to your XBR flashed NAND at the appropriate address - details of which can be found in most of the tuts here smile.gif

Also double check your JTAG soldering.

Yeah - leave the JTAG wires on - the 360 will boot with them regardless of XBR or Orig NAND being on there, also doesn't affect flashing the NAND smile.gif

OK i probably messed up somewhere... i did the whole thing over... and atleast it boot now to 8955...

but i have no loader or whatsoever...

if you mean xexloader then you need to put it on yourself. It doesnt come with it.
you have to copy it to your hdd or memcard
