If anybody with r6t3 intact flashes, please post about how it goes. I'm a little nervous and don't have a T8 at the moment.

my r6t3 is still installed when I flashed the original xbr to my 512mb, and I had no issues.

I did a compare with version 1 and only the first 3 chunks seems to have been changed. ( I split the .bin in 64 parts). I will try to only write those!
Working!!! For those who already have xbr1, you can just add the kv and the config to the xbr3 and flash the first 3Mb only. Took less than 15min flashing and verifying.

huh thats weird i compared the last to the latest with hex workshop and i find differences more than halfway down the file

I dont get the point of not leaving the wires in there. make a  neat one that you can unplug so that its not that long and so you can put the case back on. I would leave them in for at least the next few months as this is going to be a good year and XBR is going to be updated frequently.

Love to see some new patches made, for example:
- no dvd disc needed for hdd installed games
- regionfree for 360 games
- block future system updates/xbox live
- patched xbox 1 emulator (run from all media, region free)

I agree with the above, would be great to have these features in a future version of XBReboot.
