Xd Card Mod Done! Umm Now What

ok so i got the xd card mod all figured out and i am ready to flash the xd card, i have the 8955 dash and freeboot .02 both downloaded, i also have my rawconfig and and rawkv so how do i create the image that i write to the xd card, thanks.
