Please do your research before u post for people with similar errors. I had the exact same scenario... Check if your flashconfig is the proper 1 for 256mb jasper... I had the same thread open with the same error as u 8 threads bellow yours....

Fix your cable and decrease the resistance... Make sure things r soldered properly cuz the jtag is really sensitive like a newborn baby
