How do you connect those two boards? Perhaps it's because I'm horribly sleep deprived, but I can't find info on that.

I'm planning on getting that board and programming it, then later building my own once I understand the process more, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Well after following the guide, I managed to flash my falcon console...but not without error

I can boot the xbox into the xell backup loader with both the remote and the controller in the rear usb, however if I try to boot the xbox normally at all, I am greeted with E71 during the animation.  I injected both the KV and the config blocks.  The only thing I can think of is I was on dashboard 6717 before I did this.  From the little I have read though this should not matter.  So now I am at a standstill lol.

Any ideas?  I have been waiting for this day forever and now I'm so close I can smell it!

Also I used nandpro20b and the exact instructions for XBRebooter for the xenon board (using lowercase r and w for nandpro).

if you find an arcad with the exploitable bootloader then you will still have to wait for the 256/512 hack to come out 1st

i do a falcon's test:
i has a jtag console ,version 73**,get cpukey .
i flash xbr_falcon_1.bin ,not success, just e71 error.
now i am try again .does anyone have same problem?

yeah, i cant get this to work either on a falcon. tried all night. i have injected both kv and config for sure. i have even started from fresh and made file another time, compared it with total commander and they are identical, so no error there. i was on 7357, even tried upgrading to 7371 then trying, no luck.

i have set XP screensaver and power saving settings to wait an hour (the flash takes 34mins so covers that) and i have 2 pc's setup next to each other so i definately dont do anything during the flash time.

woke up on sofa at 11am (must have fallen asleep at 6am or so). currently waiting another 34mins to flash back to 7371. i will then try putting the free60 hack on 7371 as i had only tried on 7357. dont know what else to do. i have tried getting XBR working ALL night, like 10 times.
