Ok, so I've got a 512 jasper that am able to get xell to work on. I am try to get get the kv.bin and my dvd key. Yes, I have my cup key. Every time I go to put the 512 nand it says Bad file length.  when I put in the 16m nand in it says can't read the file. So wtf? 360 flash tool can't read the 512 jaspers?

Ive got the kv.bins from both my falcons and the Xenon so I know what I am doing. It just the nand on the 512 isnt reading on flash tool unless i've done something wrong?

xell wont work on it.
The larger nand of the jasper is built a different way and theres no programs that can read it.
Not to mention it would take over a day to read and write to it.
And I dont think nandpro supports larger then 16mb so it would only read the first 16mb then quit causing a bad backup and making your xbox a brick if you ever wrote over the nand and wanted to restore.

Yeah it took me 16 hours  on an LPT and xell dose work just because the news on xbox scene hasn't been updated saying that there is  mages dosn't mean it isn't on xbins. sorry to sound mean.

You can try hex edit it to get it to read. You will need to change the dates in the nand image.
And not all functions will work.

Change the date from like 2004-2009
to 2004-2005

You will spot it easly its like the in the top 5 lines.

I don't know if I have a 16mb jasper or a 512 one, have to open my console to check or there is another way?

if you have the internal memory card, then you have the 256 or 512mb model.
The wireing is just the same as for jtag hacking but you dont add the 3 jtag wires.

Download and use Xbox 360 Flash tool version 0.6, newer versions wont work
Edit the CxKey.txt and put your personal CPU key in after the comma, leave the zeros before the comma alone
Make sure you hex edit the second date to 2005 in your dump
Make sure your dump file is on a fast drive, don use slow USB thumb drive

0.6 should give you your DVD Key, if not try a smaller file

NandPro lpt: -r2 1st2megs.bin


the kv should be within the first two MB, if not try 4 or 8 or 16

I was able to read my 256 jasper DVD key from the first 2 MB this way

To give u guys the heads up. BinCrypt2 Build 28 can get your kv.bin from your nand dump for the 256 and the 512 jaspers. Now just waiting for XBR for the 512.
